I help small teams build the relationships that fund their work, and keep the system that holds those relationships together.
My background is in donor relations, major gifts, and advancement at museums and cultural institutions, with a stretch on the client-research side of the music industry, including music industry research, that taught me the same playbook works wherever relationships matter.
The throughline has always been the same: find the right people, get organized, reach out with care, and follow up. That's what I do for clients now.
I'm at my best plugged into a small team that needs an experienced extra pair of hands: a campaign to support, a database to organize, a sponsorship push to plan, a list to research. I work in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics / Stratus Live, Raiser's Edge, Ellucian Advance, and adjacent CRMs, and I think of them as the place relationships live, not just a system to fill out.
Whether you call them donors, sponsors, members, partners, or clients, the work travels. I serve nonprofits and foundations, museums and cultural institutions, associations, and small businesses or founders with a partner or sponsor program.
I work with one or two clients at a time so engagements get real attention. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
You'll get clear scopes, named deliverables, and follow-through. No jargon dumps, no decks for the sake of decks.
Even on long retainers, I aim to leave behind a system the team can keep running. Dependency on me is not the goal.
In addition to consulting projects, I'm open to the right full-time role in relationship management, CRM operations, development, partnerships, sales support, or client engagement.
Tell me a bit about your team and what's on your plate. I'll come ready with questions.
